Event Description:
Calling all witches, ghosts and Michael Myers to the floor: the 6th Annual Outer Banks Halloween Parade of Costumes returns to Kill Devil Hills. This family-friendly event begins with a trick-or-treat party followed by a parade for all costumed attendees. It concludes with an awards ceremony to recognize Best Costume across different age groups and for various categories. Get your spook on, and join the fun at Aviation Park.
