The 10th Annual OUTER BANKS HALLOWEEN PARADE OF COSTUMES returns to Aviation Park in Kill Devil Hills on Sunday, October 29th, 2023! The free Halloween party starts at 2:00 pm with trick or treating and fun for all ages, and then the walking parade begins at 3:00 pm.
