OBX EventsOuter Banks Halloween Parade of Costumes

This is the 12th Annual OBX Halloween Parade! A family-friendly Halloween celebration open to all ages, starting at 2:00 p.m. with trick-or-treating provided by local nonprofits and area businesses around the frog pond at Aviation Park. The park will feature various decorated vehicles and props for photo opportunities. The short walking parade begins at 3:00 p.m., followed immediately by the judging ceremony for Best In Show costumes in three categories.
