OBX EventsTeal Out OBX 2025

We are meeting at 1 pm at the intersection of 158 and Cypress Knee Trail. We will be marching and holding signs along the multi-use paths alongside 158 in Kitty Hawk, NC to support survivors and promote public awareness of this issue, and to encourage prosecutors to take these crimes seriously and prosecute sexual violence. We are also encouraging visitors and residents to wear teal to support survivors. Thus, "Teal out OBX." We hope to educate visitors and residents of the area of the prevalence of this violence within our communities and the need to encourage legislation and prosecutorial support of prosecuting these predators to keep our communities safe and prevent the continuation of generational abuse.
