Annual Throwdown Surf Classic
Come out for an epic morning of youth surfing! Surfers range from 5-18 years of age. The day begins with prayer, and the first heat is around 8:00am. Throughout the day we will run 15 heats for boys and girls. The day concludes with our annual awards ceremony to celebrate the stoke of the day. This event raises money to give back and support our local community where there is a need. In addition to the kids' surf competition, food and beverages will be for sale, plus hourly raffles, and a merch tent on site. Come out and support a great cause!
Throwdown Surf Classic is brought to you by the Throwdown Youth Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit. All proceeds raised on the beach through food, merchandise and our silent auction, will go to support the Outer Banks Relief Foundation and their efforts to support those going through difficult circumstances in our community.
