Key Note Speaker Jessica Melore: At age 16, Jessica Melore suffered a sudden, massive heart attack and was not expected to live through the night. Her left leg was amputated due to complications with surgery, and she lived for nine months on an experimental heart pump while awaiting a life-saving heart transplant.
