The Cigarette Surfboard
Event Description:
A pre-party will begin at 5pm, featuring a food truck and beverages available for purchase. The surfboards will be on display and filmmaker Ben Judkins and surfboard shaper Taylor Lane will be in attendance. The screening begins at 6 p.m. and is followed by a short Q&A.
The Cigarette Surfboard is an award-winning film that takes viewers around the world on a surfboard built from cigarette butts to explore the importance of the ocean and what an inspiring cast of professional surfers are doing to protect it.
