Double Header
What a beautiful day here on the OBX and Pirate's Cove Marina! The Inlet boat had a really fun Shark fishing expedition this morning. They didn't keep any of them but, said the thrill was really cool. The Nearshore fleet had really nice catches of Bluefish, Sea Mullet, Flounder, and limits of Spanish Mackerel. The Offshore fleet have some really cool stories about the Blue Marlins that were missed or, the double header with a 450 pound and a 600 pound Blue Marlin of which, the 600 pounder jumped loose! There are some Big Wahoos, Mahi-Mahi, Gaffer Dolphin, and Tuna! Our Wreck fishing trip had really nice catches of Triggerfish and Sea Bass-it was a great time had by all!
