Hot Weather, Hotter Fishing!
We could not ask for better weather, or better fishing here at Pirate's Cove Marina! The Offshore fleet left this morning in search of the Tuna bite and they returned this afternoon with proof that they had found it! Numerous Yellowfin Tuna, Bigeye Tuna and Gaffer Dolphin were brought to the docks. Also, the A Salt Weapon released two Hammerhead Shark, the Sea Toy released a White Marlin and the Sandra D released an estimated 500 pound Blue Marlin! The full day Nearshore charters returned with a nice catch of Cobia and a few Red Drum. The Inlet boat had an afternoon trip and reported catching bottom fish and Striper.
