Marlin Fever
Well, weather continues to be the big story with another day of showers and perhaps the worst t-storms we have seen this week; but that didn't stop the anglers from going after the trophy fish! Reports of White Marlin and Blue Marlin releases were announced throughout the day at the Dare County Boat Builders Tournament (the winners will be revealed soon!). Flags were flying for our charter boats, as well, as they paraded back to the docks! Some good eating will also be had by those lucky enough to catch the Wahoo and the Yellowfin Tuna! Nearshore was fairly inactive due to the weather. Hoping things turn around here soon (It's a good thing there's a boat builders tournament - we might need an ark soon if this weather continues).
