Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet

Another beautiful day here at Pirate's Cove Marina. We could not be more thankful for this weather or this fishing!

The Nearshore fleet had great catches of Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Albacore, King Mackerel and a few Dolphin. We had one Offshore boat out today, and they returned flying White Marlin and Sailfish release flags. The Wreck fishing trip returned with abundant catches of assorted bottom fish. The Inlet boat had a fun morning of trout fishing!

Congratulations to 11 year old Fielding Ball fishing on the Fistful for his citation size Tielfish, weighing in at a hefty 11 pounds!

Our boys are making a showing at the Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament! At the end of Day One (yesterday), A Salt Weapon and Obsession were in first and third place respectively. The Rigged Up out of Oregon Inlet was holding second place. We are so pumped for our guys and can't wait to see what the rest of the tournament holds!
