As many of you know, the Outer Banks was recently hit hard by Hurricane Matthew.. There has been devestating damage to many areas of our island and we are all coming together to rebuild. The Marina and Pavilion faired well. We lost a few shutters and shingles, but all in all we got very lucky! Thankfully, the boats were evacuated and have all started returning home. It gets pretty boring around here without our Captains in and out all day!
As for the fishing, no one has made it out yet. With Hurricane Nicole off the coast, its creating quite the swell. The new survey is out, and the Inlet looks good! Hopefully, the Hurricane debris will work its way out of our way and we will get back to fishing shortly!
