Something new is coming to Brewing Station this year... You are invited to The Tasting Series! 🥘🍷✨

Each Tasting Series dinner features a one-night-only menu by Chef Justin Lachine, with every course expertly paired with craft beer, wine, or cocktails. With limited seating, each event offers a unique and exclusive culinary experience.

Today’s spotlight goes to someone who’s been a rock in both Red Sky and Red Sky Catering: Chef John Kuster.
This will be his fourth year with the Red Sky crew.
Born and raised right here on the Outer Banks, he now serves as our AM Kitchen Manager and also works his culinary magic on our Chefs on Call team.
His favorite cuisine to cook? Latin American: bold, vibrant, and full of flavor.
And when he’s not in chef mode, you’ll find him where it matters most: with his wife and daughter, soaking up that OBX family life.

New Season, New Spotlights!
With our amazing seasonal students heading back to school (miss you already!), it’s time to shine the light on our year-round crew—the true backbone of Red Sky and NC Coast 💪
And who better to kick things off than someone you probably already know? She’s not just part of our team—she’s a big part of the OBX community too: Jenny Crofton!
Jenny is a true leader at Red Sky and NC Coast. She handles hiring, trains new staff, keeps everyone on point, and always leads by example—with great energy and serious focus.
Outside the restaurant, Jenny’s got a creative side too: she’s into photography, live music, yoga, and soaking up a perfect beach day whenever she can. We’re so lucky to have this powerhouse on our team!

Fall Fishing! Big fish and big waves today! Anglers are catching RED DRUM. Ocean water temp 73 degrees. There's a light NE breeze of 4 knots. High tide 8:57 a.m. Low tide 3:20 p.m. Will Nash from San Antonio with a nice 47-inch drum from this morning.

The colors of Ocracoke are nothing short of magical! 🌅We're enjoying the changing of the seasons here on the island!

Happy first day of Fall everyone! We're summer people here, but it is hard to beat the Fall season on the Outer Banks. We have lots of fun events coming up this season you won't want to miss!
