Clara Huggins, of Roanoke, Va. Caught, then kissed and released this small SEA MULLET before soaking rain hit the pier around 8:45 a.m. Ocean temp 76 degrees. The winds are South at 8 knots. High tides 9:28 a.m. and 9:42 p.m. Low tide 3:36 p.m.
