What is an IRISH BAR BOMB?

Here at Lost Colony Tavern, we serve fun shooters to celebrate the best things in life. There is a popular boilermaker variation whose name is disrespectful to those who were affected by “The Troubles” in Northern Ireland during the latter half of the 1900s. The bombing of vehicles is not fun, so we’re changing the game by changing the name.

Our IRISH BAR BOMB is a half-pint of authentic Guinness stout served with a shot of Baileys + Jameson Irish Whiskey. The shot is dropped into the pint and is consumed together for a taste of three classic Irish libations together in perfect harmony. Enjoy the flavours of Ireland with this fun Irish shooter!

Our flounder and shrimp combo is a fan favorite! Pair this with our famous hush puppies and greens and you've got yourself a delicious meal that'll keep you coming back for more.
