What a great event! Thirteen club members and three guests met at the field for some competitive flying for the 2025 First Flight Model Air Pylon Races. This year's races featured four club members and a pilot from the Hampton Roads Radio Control Club racing FliteTest Spitfires that each participant constructed in a figure-eight pattern around a pair of pylons, 300-feet apart. This was the second year for this event which consisted of three individual races in which the winners of each heat raced to determine the winner in the final event. Thank you to those who participated!
