We want to let everybody know we switched over to our summer hours. Tuesday thru Friday 11 - 7, Saturday 11 - 3, closed on Sunday & Monday. We're looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.

Fishing for fun -- More than a dozen anglers enjoyed our free Fishing with Friends Special Olympics Fishing Tournament last Saturday. Plenty of fish were caught and everyone had a super time. Sponsors for this year's annual event were Silly for Lilly, Dare County Special Olympics, Oceans East and Jennette's Pier. Thank you goes out to the education team who happily worked the event. We're celebrating! The N.C. Aquarium on Roanoke Island is celebrating the conclusion of cold-stun season after the release of sea turtle patients received this past winter. In celebration of the conclusion of this monumental event, the Aquarium is celebrating World Sea Turtle Day Monday, June 16, with a day of special sea turtle-themed programming, crafts, and talks with sea turtle experts and rescuers.

So far, #BLUEFISH! Ocean temperature has dropped down to 61-degrees. #West_winds at 11 knots. High tides 6:54 a.m. and 7:09 p.m. Low tide 12:40 p.m. There's a free youth #tournament Wednesday starting at 7 a.m.!
