"As an OBX homeowner, I cannot say enough positive things about Outer Banks Blue. We have tried several rental agencies over the years and Blue is by far the best. Their knowledge, work ethic, and responsiveness is unsurpassed. We closed on our home on 3/3/23 and met with Sarah that weekend with basically a wide open 2023 rental calendar staring us in the face. My wife and I were very nervous that 2023 would be a very tough year financially. Sarah told us that day "She has this, do not worry, we will fill this calendar". She and her team along with the marketing group quickly put a plan together and within days the booking started coming in. We basically were rented every week from April 1st into November. It was not easy, but their relentless effort, flexibility and commitment made it happen. We ended 2023 with a half dozen very positive guest reviews and are over 60% booked already for 2024. What a change in circumstances! I highly recommend OBX Blue to any homeowners looking for a rental management company moving forward. You will not be disappointed. Back to Beautiful -- The sun out and the fish are biting! BLUES, CROAKER, PIGFISH and FLOUNDER! Ocean water temp 67 degrees. Winds are NE at 12 knots. Low tide 10:50 a.m. High tide 5:28 p.m. Our Family Fishing class is offered weekdays from 9 to 11 a.m. and everything you need to fish is included! No beach yoga July 4.
