We heard some barbecue restaurants, don't do authentic, Texas brisket. Well we do here at Carolina Bar-B-Que Company, along with whole hog barbecue. We do call ours Carolina Brisket, by the way.

Today we still have French Dips and Chicken Salad left for Lunch Special, Fresh Drum, Goulash, Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Last Day for Tomato Cheddar Soup. Sea Scallops and Calamari Appetizer for Tonight!😋

First Friday -- Sunny, warm and beautiful at the oceanfront. No catches yet. Last night, Blaine caught this 44 - inch RED DRUM. There's a moderate SW breeze of 11 knots. The ocean water temp is 52 degrees, air temp 71. Low tides 7:33 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. High tide 1:13 p.m.

Catch Doc Perkins in the backyard this Saturday from 5:30-8:30pm! Live music with a cold brew is the best way to celebrate Spring and warm weather coming back to the beach! Music will move inside for inclement weather. 🎸🍻
