In mid December we completed our second trip to the Tulum, Mexico area with staff. It was a successful three days of team building, planning for Trio’s future, exploring the Mayan ruins at Cobá, visiting a Mayan village in the jungle (@Puntalaguna), a half day boat trip and lots of food and drink research and inspiration, particularly at @negro_huitlacoxe and ARCA.
