Soft Shells -- So far, BLUES and SEA MULLET. Surfing conditions are good, and the weather is nice. Winds NE at 7 knots. Water temps are up to 63 degrees. Low tides 6:36 a.m. and 6:31 p.m. High 12:23 p.m. The Outer Banks soft shell Week starts today, getcha some at area restaurants!
