From the OBX Rocky Mountain Oysters kickin’ things off to the fire-roasted Apple Bethy sweet enough to please even Beth herself, each dish packed a punch, paying tribute to the rugged flavors of the Wild West. A huge shoutout to our incredible chefs and culinary team who put their heart, soul, and skill into making this night unforgettable. Your dedication and creativity turned this dinner into a work of art!

Last night, we saddled up for the Yellowstone II Dinner, and what a ride it was! With folks rockin’ their Yellowstone-inspired gear and the room buzzin’ like the Dutton ranch on branding day, it was a night to remember. Bold flavors, smooth wine pairings, and plenty of good company—let’s just say Rip himself would’ve been impressed.

We couldn’t have pulled it off without the grit and hard work of our incredible crew, the support of our partners, and, of course, all of you who joined us. A special thanks goes out to the Currituck-Dare Community Foundation—we’re proud to support the important work they do in our community.
