Windy and Cold -- Another winter-like morning here at Pier. NE winds at 23 knots. Bright sunshine and big wind driven surf rolling in. Air temp 45 degrees, water temp 50. High tide 8:19 a.m. Low tide 2:31 p.m. We switch to spring hours, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., this Friday, March 29.
