Sunny Day -- A beautiful morning at the oceanfront. The sun is shining brightly. A few bird watchers are giving it a go. Winds are NE at 17 knots. Air and water temps are the same -- 49 degrees. Low tide 11:48 a.m. High tide 5:44 p.m. A Coast Guard plane cruised past the Pier last Friday.
