Cloudy, foggy and passing showers to start the day. No one fishing yet but the SHAD and NORTHERN PUFFERS have shown up! Check out Shylah of Durham who caught this PUFFER over the weekend. Air temp 56 degrees and water temp 51. Wind NE at 15 knots.
