It's our 38th year on the Outer Banks!
We are open Wednesday through Sunday 7 a.m. to noon for breakfast, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for lunch. On weekends, lunch runs until 2 p.m.

We have an amazing, varied and affordable breakfast and lunch menu! We are practicing all guidelines issued by the State of N.C. and require masks when you enter the building. Plus we have safe, partitioned booths with guards that allow both privacy and safety. We would love to be part of your OBX experience!

Happy New Year y’all!!! May this 2021 make up for last year although many silver linings happened and we are truly thankful for those beautiful moments!!! We have decided to reopen January 12 instead of the 5th so we have time to get all the prep, pack up Christmas and get our inventory done. One thing 2020 has taught us is life is short.... enjoy ever moment.....so taking a little extra time to spend together as a family. ✌️❤️???2021

Had a conversation with couple about new year resolution. Got a permission from them to post about a conversation.

Girl said is it good? and is it worth it? Guy said 2 weeks later you will be giving up so why... So I told a story how we opened Freshfit:

It started i was trying new year resolution healthy eating, working out. I was giving up but Steven supported me and tried together we did amazing transformation together. steven lost 65lbs I lost 35lbs.

There was so many ups & downs, giving up & so many cheat meals. But there is nothing wrong with it.

We supported each other and went back to our goal. When I decide to quite my job to open restaurant most people I talked to said that's crazy idea. no one will eat healthy on their vacation. Even family remember called me that I am an inconsistent person always talking about trying things and starting new different things. But Steven supported me and believed me even he quite his job to help me.

In my opinion you set 10 goals as new year resolution. If you achieve at least 1 or 2 It's better than you don't have any goal at all. It's also take 1 person to believe in you that you can do it.

Please support each other motivate others who is giving up on their goal.

We are cooking Traditional MENUDO or "pancita" on the first day of 2021, (that will be Friday). Dine-in or Take-out.

We are excited to celebrate the passing of 2020 and usher in 2021! We are doing NYE dinner a bit differently this year, but we believe it will be a worthy celebration! Click the text below for the full menu.

Our special multi-course menu features some of the best, most upscale products we are able to source and applying culinary techniques that are most exciting to us at the time. We usually celebrate at midnight by counting down with a complimentary glass of bubbly, watching the ball drop and making a lot of noise (with the help of noise maker favors that, thankfully, only come out once a year). This year, we will be closing at 10 p.m., per our Governor's Executive Orders, but we have prepared a nice "Celebration Package" for you to take home and ring in the New Year! Our 2020 Sample Menu is currently posted, with minor revisions and a couple of items to be determined as we work through the creative process.
