Hello Everyone. VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE: it is vital for us that everyone notice that we are the KITTY HAWK LOCATION and all our information on this page or our website, including on line ordering applies only to this location. Even tho the words Kitty Hawk are in our name, and we have a message in our on line ordering about it, some customers still order, pay for the food and then cancel later food that has been already prepared, not just wasting the food, but also demanding a refund. This cost our restaurant time and money, and it has been one of our biggest issues since we started our take out service and on line ordering due to Covid-19. We love our customers, and we wish we could do something to avoid this. We are making the messages bigger and bolder, hoping people can notice. Please pass this along, and if you are going to order, make sure you are ordering from the right location!

Update as of 7/13/2020. Ocean Boulevard Bistro & Martini Bar wants to thank you all for a great season so far! At 50% occupancy, we are fairing well and the reservations keep coming in! We have outdoor seating on the good days and our bar is being reserved for dinner as well! We are also still continuing with our Take Out and Curb Side Pick Up Program. If you place an order between 4pm and 5pm and pick up before 5:45, mention this ad and receive 20% off Entrees and Desserts! While North Carolina already has strict health and safety guidelines in place, Count On Me NC businesses have taken additional training and implemented new procedures in light of COVID-19. All Count On Me NC businesses have pledged to:
Ensure safe sanitation practices are followed.
Administer health checks to all staff prior to shift start.
Make sure indoor and outdoor seating meets all physical distancing guidelines.
Provide hand sanitizer or hand washing stations at all entrances.
Clean and sanitize common areas, bathrooms and high-touch surfaces regularly using the CDC recommendations.
Clean and sanitize all tables and hard surfaces after every use.
Clean settings, utensils, menus and condiments after every use or provide single-use options.

Join us July 9th for a fun evening of creativity as you learn to make a resin window hanging you are sure to treasure. Informative and helpful assistance will be available for those reluctant attendees......and a complimentary cocktail will be served! All materials will be provided.
Class begins at 6pm every Thursday and lasts approximately 1-2 hours.
