At Rusty's Surf & Turf, I strive to create unique dishes you won’t find elsewhere on the island. But classics are classics for a reason—they deserve respect and care.
Check out our shrimp scampi, pictured below! I haven’t made scampi in years since it’s so common, but I’ve put my own spin on it. This version is light, fresh, and vibrant, featuring baby spinach and marinated roasted red peppers over perfectly cooked spaghetti.

What a difference a day makes!

Today, the sun is bright and brilliant with blue skies and cotton clouds--while yesterday afternoon, we had torrential downpours and high winds. Our morning tour geared up in rain slickers and optimistic excitement and discovered this momma and baby enjoying green grasses and fresh water puddles.
