Outer Banks Distilling & Matthew Joyner will be teaming up with us to create a fantastically spooky costume party and cocktail class on October 22nd in Downtown Manteo! We will be making and teaching 3 Halloween themed cocktails with @outerbanksdistilling rum! We will also have fun food, music and prizes for the attendees with the best costumes!
