For the last few days, my Red Sky Catering Outer Banks team catered for Coach Hubert Davis, his wife Leslie, and the UNC basketball team, the North Carolina Tar Heels at a stunning waterfront property in Pine Island Limited.
We treated them to many meals, ending with a delightful dinner last night, with a North Carolina fish fry featuring crab cakes, NC shrimp, rockfish, and fall-off-the-bone ribs. Our sweet finale was an awesome UNC basketball-themed cake by Holly's Creative Confections
It was a fun night!
Thanks to the Tar Heels team for choosing us as their Outer Banks caterer. Special shoutout to our fantastic staff for making this a splendid experience. Also, congratulations to Outer Banks Vacation Rentals - Atlantic Realty for the breathtaking new luxury waterfront homes at Pine Island Limited! ~ Chef Wes Stepp

For the last few days, my Red Sky Catering Outer Banks team catered for Coach Hubert Davis, his wife Leslie, and the UNC basketball team at a stunning waterfront property in Pine Island Limited.

OBX Skim Jam -- Partly sunny this morning with plenty of cloud cover. Anglers have picked up SPOT and SPANISH MACKEREL so far. Dead calm with tiny waves and glassy conditions. High tides 10:38 a.m. and 10:37 p.m. Low 4:30 p.m. Come out to fish and watch the skim jam contest!
