In this special edition of the Outer Banks This Week Podcast, Justin is joined by real estate and property management experts Brook, Heather and Tiffany to talk about how things have been in their world overall in 2024 so far and tell a few "interesting" stories from the field this year and in years past!

Which is why it's going to feel like we're saying goodbye to a dear friend at the end of the week.

After 3 amazing years with Wild Horse Adventure Tours, making friends and memories, Jeanea will be leaving us to move closer to her family (and grandbabies!)

While we are going to selfishly miss her unforgettable presence, we are very happy for her.
