We’ve got an update on the ferry situation- “Good news! While NC12 on Ocracoke remains CLOSED, The North Carolina Ferry Division will be running the Ocracoke Express passenger ferry TODAY to help people get to Blackbeard’s Pirate Jamboree! Departures are from Hatteras at 8:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 1:45 p.m. and 5 p.m., with departures from Ocracoke-Silver Lake at 9:45 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Fares are $15 round trip.

Weekend service will be determined after we know more about the status of NC12.”

Introducing our new mascot, our black male lab Scupper! What's in a name? Scupper is obvious to some as a nautical term for a hole or opening in the transom of a boat to let water on deck escape but, Scupper is also a nod to the Scuppernong grape which is the NC State Fruit and is also the first known cultivated grape in North America, of which the original vine is located right here in Manteo. As always, our deck is dog friendly!

WOW. Just WOW. Last night’s Superheroes in Pink dinner was nothing short of epic. It was the biggest, boldest, most colorful, and easily the most delicious night yet in our Dinner & a Drink Series, all supporting an incredible cause.
Chef Wes here, and I want to extend my deepest thanks to every guest who came out, showed up in pink, and brought the energy. You made the night unforgettable.
To the incredible celebrity servers from The Outer Banks Hospital, thank you for lending your time and heart to this event. And to my entire staff: the chefs, bartenders, servers, and behind-the-scenes crew. Your passion, professionalism, and hard work made this night shine.
This community showed up in every way. We came together to celebrate life, support cancer awareness, and enjoy a night full of flavor and meaning.
