Event Description:
After a whimsical journey through Wonderland on Friday night, Red Sky shifts into something more sensual, social, and indulgent for Sunday’s Taste of the Beach celebration. Welcome to Bubbles, Boards & Bites an elevated, cocktail-style tasting experience built around champagne, coastal flavors, and Chef Wes Stepp’s signature grazing boards.
Guests will move freely through the room, sipping, sampling, and savoring a beautifully curated spread featuring, freshly oysters and seafood, chef-driven small plates and warm coastal bites, charcuterie and gourmet cheese boards as well as seasonal accompaniments, pickles, spreads, and sauces.
All this is paired with champagne and signature bubbly cocktails!
