Chef Wes Stepp & NC wineries celebrate the south! A southern renaissance in cooking has exploded over the last several years Chef Wes Stepp of Red Sky Cafe / Tastefully Fit will take the best of what’s locally and seasonally offered, prepared with his acclaimed cutting edge coastal style and pairing it with some of the best NC Wineries in a five course meal which will range from the treasures of the Atlantic to our areas inland farms. Tapas courses, each presented to you by the Chef and a local Sommelier with a sweet southern finish! Come for supper!
