Full Moon Kayak Tours
Our Full Moon tour is a wonderful way to experience a part of Ocracoke that few see, the moonrise from the water. After a safety briefing from your guide, we'll start out in our harbor where you'll learn about the history and culture of Ocracoke. Once we reach the Pamlico Sound we'll reach the marshy flats of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore just as the sun sets. This tour sees lots of bird movement as the head into the trees for the night.
The paddle back is accented with a wonderful moonrise. Please note that this experience accommodates up to 10 guests. Classes must have more than 2 guests in order to occur, otherwise the class will becoming a private tour and the price will increase. Each child (12 and under) must be accompanied in a tandem kayak by an adult.
