Half Marathon
Race around Ocracoke Island and help raise money for three local organizations! The half marathon begins at 8 a.m. Runners will receive a high-quality tee and tote bag. Shirt sizes are guaranteed before April 7th. Water and fruit will be provided before and after the run, and a post-race party will be held at Gaffer's Sports Pub. Awards will be given to first, second and third place finishers (male and female) in each age group, as well as for the top three overall winners. First place male and female participants will win a $100 gift card from Sountfeet Shoes.
Races are open to walkers and running strollers, but pets are not allowed unless they are certified service dogs.
