Hot Vinyasa Yoga With Surprises
This is a multi-level vinyasa practice at well over 100 degrees.
In person classes are limited to 16 students. To guarantee a spot, sign up and pre-pay for your class online. If you are having trouble booking online, we are happy to sign you up in person if there is room, otherwise please contact the teacher directly to hold your spot. If you are unable to attend you may cancel up to 2 hours before the start of class for full pass credit (no shows will be deducted one class.) If the class you wish to attend is full, you may join the waitlist and you will be notified via email if a spot has opened up for you.
