"Dirtiest Day of the Year" Annual Beach Cleanup

Surfrider Foundation Outer Banks, "Dirtiest Day of the Year" Annual Beach Cleanup
Event Description:

The days following July 4th have historically been some of the dirtiest days for our beaches. Come on out to help bring our shores back to life after a hard weekend. Along with Kitty Hawk Kites and Surf Company, we will be hosting 2 cleanups at different points throughout the day!

Can't join us at the times or locations listed below? Feel free to take your own initiative and clean up the beaches where you are situated! Send your trash collection findings to secretary@outerbanks.surfrider.org and we will include your count in our total data for the day.

The AM Oceanside Cleanup will take place at Bonnett Street Beach Access

The PM Soundside Cleanup will take place at Jockey's Ridge Public Sound Access on Soundside Road
