A Book & a Bite “Moosewood” at Cafe Lachine
Join us at Café Lachine and learn how to cook several recipes out of owner, Johanna Lachine’s, favorite cookbook – “The Moosewood Restaurant’s Low Fat Favorites”.
Chef Johanna will demonstrate several recipes and talk about healthy cooking tips & techniques. Starting with hors d’oeuvres and champagne and ending with fruit-filled meringue shells. Fresh vegetables and local seafood will be highlighted in this 7-course tasting. You can be rest assured you will have plenty of food to be satisfied. You’ll be greeted when you arrive with champagne and hors d’oeuvres and additional alcohol is available for purchase during the event. Limited to just 24 tickets with advanced purchase only.
