Classic Outer Banks 4×4 at Dirty Dick's
Please join us at Dirty Dick's for our Classic Outer Banks 4x4, featuring a pairing of four food courses with four accompanying beverages.
We’re offering some “classic” style eats and drinks and we’re sourcing the seafood as locally as possible. Please expect to be with us a minimum of an hour and a half. This event has a rolling start time – meaning you may arrive anytime you like (for lunch or dinner experience). Because this multi-course event will take some time to enjoy, we ask that the latest arrival time be 7:30 p.m.

Charcuterie plate with Chef’s selection of meats, cheeses, olives, crackers and accouterments.
Served with a Moscow Mule or choice of any of our Martinis.
Choice of Oyster Rockefeller (4). The classic on the shell concoction.
Turduncken Roulade sitting on a pool of rosemary giblet gravy (a roll of turkey, duck, and chicken breasts along with 3 distinct stuffings.
Served with a glass of crisp Covey Run Riesling.
Broiled Seafood Combination (flounder, shrimp, scallops and crab cake with a side of our lemon chive butter, brabant style fried potatoes and fresh veg.)
Suggested included beverage is a glass of Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay.
Filet Oscar (6 oz. Filet Mignon and grilled asparagus topped with lump crabmeat and Bearnaise sauce. Served with Brandant style potatoes.)
Suggested included beverage is a glass of Calores Del Sol Malbec.
White Chocolate Bread pudding (Award Winning) in a whiskey sauce served heated and topped with vanilla bean ice cream.
Four Layer Chocolate Yummy – The bottom is made of chocolate cookie and honey glazed pecan crunch. Above that is a layer of sweetened cream cheese. Then we top that off with a dense chocolate pudding. The finisher is fresh whipped cream.
Suggested included cocktail is a Nutty Irishman Coffee.
