Event Description:
Two of the most well-known and renowned French wine regions are Bordeaux and Burgundy (Bourgogne). Both have centuries of winemaking history, perfecting their styles.
Join us as we examine white wines from Burgundy and red wines from Bordeaux. We’ll learn what makes them special from their climate and soils to their grape varieties.
We’ll embark on our journey on both Thursday, August 16 and Saturday, August 18 at 6:30 pm. These tastings will be just $20 per person and will include cheeses and charcuterie from our bistro. Please call for reservations at 252-261-0277.
