Join us for a Chef’s Tasting Menu of thoughtfully crafted small plates featuring Southern cooking classics with Trio flair, perfectly paired with course-appropriate wines from around the world. Chicken & Waffles with bubbly…..a no-brainer. Fried green tomatoes and pimento alongside a light, bright red from Southern France…..now you’re getting the idea.
