Spain vs. the Rest of the World
Spain is home to over 400 native and indigenous grape varieties. Despite this incredible genetic diversity, a small fraction dominates the country's vineyards. Some of these grapes have traveled to all points around the globe.
Join us as we focus on 2 Spanish varieties at our next tasting: Garnacha (Grenache) and Albarino. We will compare the wine grown on its home soil against the same grape grown in different countries around the world.
This will be a fun and enlightening experience.
A cheese and charcuterie plate will accompany the wines.
