Capt. Toby Russ has been fishing the waters of eastern NC since he could cast a line and has fished in the Bahamas, the Florida Keys, Mexico, and Venezuela.

Captain Toby Russ has fished every season out of Pirate's Cove for the past 12 years and has 19 years of fishing experience. He specializes in inshore and near shore trips. His boat has won Best of The Beach in the Charter Boat Category by the The Coast Magazine 2004, 2005 & 2006. Also, he won 1st place in the Striped Bass Tournament in 2004 with a 36 lb fish.
