Action Packed Weekend
It was an action packed weekend! From hunting to fishing, with a little football mixed in at the end!
Youth and military hunters had one last chance this weekend. Hunter Burrowes had a blast getting a Drake green wing Teal. Nathan Gohl took advantage of one last Eastern NC hunt for Military Day before being stationed somewhere new.
The inshore Trout bite has been pretty ‘spec’tacular! @mott_ridge_charters, @fishpleazecharters, @rrhotography all got out this weekend with nice catches. Sounds like there were some reports of Puppy Drum and Stripers around as well. We’ve also heard reports of some Black Drum and Sheepshead showing up around the Bonner Bridge.
There have been plenty of Tunas coming in from offshore. @finplannersportfishing had a great day recently with a Bluefin and Yellowfin. @afishionadocharters has also brought some Tunas back to the docks on their recent trips!
