It was another beautiful weekend for fall fishing! There was a lot of action, with reports of nice fish caught inshore, offshore, and everywhere in between!

Sea Mullet and Bluefish were no strangers to surf fishing and pier anglers this weekend! If you were casting shrimp or FishBites you probably scored some Sea Mullet! We heard reports of a good Bluefish Blitz on the beaches further south. Otherwise, there have been plenty of Sharks and Rays to hook up on as well.

The Drum and Speckled Trout are still biting inshore as well. The Drum fishing to the south remains strong with reports closer to Hatteras and Ocracoke. The Speckled Trout continues to be found throughout the sound with nice sized Flounders being caught and released too.

Local boats are wrapping up their charter fishing for a brief intermission before Tuna fishing ramps up. Lots of Tunas and Mahis were caught this weekend. The Bluefin bite to the north is already heating up! We have what you want to get on some this winter!
