Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf

It was a beautiful day today after a stormy day yesterday! We had nice clear water with a light east wind and lots of fish were seen!!

Today was the day to be on the piers! Many schools of Drum were hanging around the piers. Our rod repairman, Spike, was able to catch one off of Nags Head pier this morning! There were also reports of Tarpon, Cobia, and King Mackerel as well. Sea Mullet, Sheepshead, and Bluefish are being caught from the piers too!

Surf fishing has been good Sea Mullet fishing early in the morning. Make sure you’re not casting too far out or you’re likely to miss them! There have been a few Puppy Drum, Croaker, Bluefish, and plenty of Sharks!

Inshore fishing is still productive with lots of Trout, Sheepshead, and Drum. We heard reports of big Bluefish caught down near the Oregon Inlet bridge. Gray Miller caught a bunch of White Perch today! Way to go Gray!

It was a bit rough to go offshore today, but when the boats have been able to make it there have been reports of Dolphin, Yellowfins, and Sailfish. There have been a few Blue Marlins caught as well.
