Surf Fishing Report:
Bluefish scattered up and down the beaches. I have a picture of a nice Drum caught but where it was caught or the size was not volunteered.

The winds are SW at 10 and the water temp is 61 degrees. Overcast, water is calm and clear.


Sound Fishing Report:

The anglers fishing the Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway are catching plenty of small Trout, a few keepers, small Black Drum, no keepers, Croakers and Spot.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea mullet, Spanish and Spadefish

Nags Head: Slow

Jennette’s: Slow.

Outer Banks: Bluefish and Spadefish.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

The boats continue having great Bluefish and Spanish catches trolling along the shore. The Headboat caught a smorgasbord of Bluefish, Spot, Croaker, Sea Mullet, Sea Bass, Gray Trout and Flounder.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
Very large Bigeye Tuna was the talk of yesterday. There were good numbers weighing in from 105 lbs up to 201 lbs. Large Yellowfin and some Dolphin were caught.
