Fishing Report:
There are
The fleet has been stranded in the creek since March the 30th due to the weather.
The winds have been ruthless on the Outer Banks recently. Despite that fact there have been some fish scattered on the South beaches. Puppy Drum on the south side of the point and ramp 49 and 48 had Blow toads and Sea Mullet. Ramp 55 reported Blow toads and Sea Mullet as well.
A Skate has been caught on Jennette’s Pier this morning. That doesn’t sound like much but at least someone is fishing.
The winds are NW at 5 and the water temp is 48 degrees. Mostly sunny, light wind, surf is up, nice clean swells.
