Fishing Report:
It was a beautiful sunny day but again wind was a hindrance. It was another day the offshore fleet stayed tied to the docks.
Not much news on the surfing front either. Sea Mullet and Blow toads scattered on the Hatteras Island beaches and some Bluefish on cut bait.
Jennette’s Pier is catching Shad and Skates this morning. Pier fishing should pick up as the day goes.
Trout anglers are out early in Avalon this morning.
The winds are NE at 1 and the water temp is 52 degrees. Sunny, calm winds, small weak swells.
