Surf Fishing Report:
Bluefish, Croaker and Shark. Today should be a good day.

The winds are NE at 11 and the water temp is 68 degrees. Cloudy, water is not rough, and clean.


Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported small Trout and bottom fish.


Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: No contact.

Nags Head: Spanish in the 19 in range and 2 Cobia.

Jennette’s: Bluefish, Triggers, Sand Perch and Spanish.

Outer Banks: Bluefish, Spanish, Croaker, Pompano and a small 14 in Cobia.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Near Shore boats brought in good numbers of Spanish, Blues and Albacore. Inshore decked Amberjacks and Cobia. The Headboat caught Puffers, Flounder, Croaker, Sea Bass, Bluefish and nice Sea Mullet.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet brought home 10 large Bigeye yesterday, the biggest weighing 190 lbs. Plenty of stout Yellowfin, Nice gaffer Dolphin, and some Blackfin.  Wahoo were caught with a 64 lb citation included.  A Sailfish was released.
